A Mechanical Engineering graduate, he commenced his career in the industrial sector, mastering operational rigour, process optimization, and systems-driven management. He subsequently relocated to the Middle East, where he contributed to landmark infrastructure and real estate developments. It was during his Dubai tenure that Srikanth pivoted decisively to real estate sales, acquiring deep expertise in high-net-worth transactions, institutional sales cycles, and global client acquisition strategies.
Returning to India, he assumed senior leadership mandates with Grade A+ builders and premier real estate conglomerates. His remit extended far beyond conventional revenue targets; Srikanth architecturally built end-to-end sales divisions from the ground up, successfully diversifying portfolios across Commercial Realty, Housing, Agro Realty, and Wellness Realty.
