East Facing Cottage

The East Facing Cottage offers a harmonious blend of natural beauty and traditional charm, thoughtfully designed to maximize morning sunlight. Its terraced landscape, adorned with vibrant flora, reflects a commitment to sustainable and eco-friendly living. Ideal for those seeking a peaceful escape, the cottage’s rustic architecture and lush surroundings provide a serene and rejuvenating experience, perfect for reconnecting with nature.

West Facing Cottage

The West Facing Cottage offers a warm embrace with its traditional clay tile roof and cozy architecture. Bathed in the golden light of the setting sun, it provides a serene escape surrounded by vibrant gardens. Perfect for unwinding in the evening glow, this cottage harmonizes rustic charm with the beauty of nature.

Clubhouse Details:

Ground Floor:
1. 36 ft*18 ft Swimming Pool with covered roof.
2. 3 of 260 sft guest rooms.
3. 210 sft conference cum meeting hall.
4. Car park space, kids play area and outdoor seating gazebos.

First Floor
1. Approx. 1000 sft banquet hall.
2. Restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating area.
3. Deck with view overlooking lake.

Services:
1. Geotagged plots to ensure peace of mind for land owners.
2. Gated community with 24*7 security.
3. Maintenance of the clubhouse with professional housekeeping staff.
4. Restaurant catering breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as on call services in case of gatherings or private events.
5. Maintenance of the entire community infrastructure.
6. Maintenance of fruit and vegetable gardens of the plots regularly.
7. Continuous water supply to each plot and electricity connection.

Plantation Details:
1. Only 30% of the plot is allotted for cottage construction and other semi open spaces.
2. 70% of the plot covered with fruit and vegetable plants as part of kitchen garden.
3. Every plot is catered with drip irrigation.
4. Choice of 6 plants to be chosen from list of vegetable and fruit plants (tomato, chilli, brinjal, carrot, drumsticks, lemon, guava, mango, papaya, custard apple, chikoo etc.,)
5. No additional charges for plantation and minimal monthly maintenance fee for maintaining the farm plot.
